Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
· We currently offer standard shipping via USPS for all domestic orders within the United States. Expected delivery time is 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
Order Tracking
· Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's status and estimated delivery date using this number.
Shipping Restrictions
· We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories
· We do not ship to P.O. boxes
· We do not offer international shipping at this time
Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- All claims for missing or damaged packages must be reported to support@shopphoenixbytayla.com
Weather Delays
During extreme weather conditions, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We will communicate any known widespread shipping delays through our website and email notifications.
